What is aerial acrobatics?
Aerial /ˈɛːrɪəl/ - airy, in the air
In sports, aerial acrobatics is defined as gymnastics and dancing in the air using suspended apparatuses.
Aerial is a form of acrobatics in the air which fascinates and attracts spectators around the world. It offers a combination between acrobatics and dance- the most famous of which is probably the trapeze. Our most popular apparatus is the Aerial Silk, two long vertical pieces of fabric. However, there are no limits in the air, and we offer varied apparatuses such as aerial hoop/lyra, aerial cube, aerial net, aerial rope, and much more.
In our courses, we aim to master our body’s ability to move in the air and learn techniques for sophisticated performances. Although this process may seem like a challenge at first, the structured training in our courses helps build the strength and flexibility necessary for this breathtaking activity. You don’t need to be born into a circus family or join the circus in order to learn this sport.
Immerse yourself in the world of aerial arts by joining us for a trial lesson, in courses, or in a workshop. Alternatively, you can add some glitz and glamour to your event with a unique aerial performance.
